When placing an order through this website it is trusted that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Every effort is made to have permanent availability of stock and on the occasion an item is out of stock or no longer available we will advise you accordingly.
Wallpaper samples are available but please note that colours can vary between samples and actual products purchased due to different batches.
ana-moly Ltd cannot accept responsibility for batch colour variation.
If payment has already been made and transaction complete on an item that is no longer available we will refund you.
After placement of an order it will be sent as soon as possible generally arriving within 5-7 working days depending on availability.
If only part of an order is available the order will not be dispatched until complete, we will advise you of timescale involved.
A courier will deliver your order and this service can be tracked and has insurance cover.
Ana-moly Ltd cannot be held responsible for delay beyond our control, and when no one is available to sign for or receive the delivery.
Duties and local taxes:
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
We accepts all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Solo (except Amex) and Maestro credit and debit cards and PayPal. You will be taken to a secure payment server after the check out stage to make your payment securely by credit or debit card.
Payment by BACS please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Payment by cheque made payable to Ana-moly Ltd will have to clear before the order is dispatched.
Our customer satisfaction is of highest priority. We want our customers to be happy with the product and receive an excellent service.
Ana-moly Ltd endeavours to produce exceptional quality wallpaper but occasional colour and/or design defects can occur during manufacture.
Please let us know about a faulty product by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days.
Please take care to return faulty product safely in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Please return using a signed service with proof of postage as Ana-moly Ltd cannot take responsibility for returns that fail to reach us.
Ana-moly Ltd can only accept claims for faulty wallpaper and not claims for damage caused by the customer.
Product Image Accuracy:
We endeavour to produce images on our website which accurately reflect the actual products, however colours can vary depending on software, monitor settings, printers and computer equipment being used.
Ana-moly Ltd reserves the right to alter or revise product descriptions.
Ownership of Rights:
All rights, including copyright, Ana-moly logo in this website are owned by Ana-moly Ltd.
Reproduction in whole or part of Ana-moly Ltd website for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.
To order and then purchase through the Ana-moly website you will be required to register. The information provided about you as in name, telephone number and email address must be true, accurate and current. Any changes in your registration information must be amended on- line immediately.
Ana-moly Ltd values its customers and respects their privacy. Any customer information is secure and is not made available to any other party.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
